Those attending the Scholastic Banquet may register and send
photos via email. The form is attached below and is in
MS Word format. Please download the file, complete the
areas and return to the email address below with a photo.
We hope this will make getting the information back to the
Conference as easy and simple as possible. If you have

There will be
an organizational meeting on May 22, 7pm at the FOP building
on Beach Blvd.
The
Pop Warner board will give out all information/documents for
the upcoming season at this meeting. The board is
requesting that each association have the President, the
Football Director/Coordinator, Cheer Director/Coordinator
and the Scholastic Coordinator attend this meeting.
Please contact Jim Suber at 509-0588 and give him a list of
the individuals that will be attending from your association
no later than 5/20 so that he can make arrangements to have
the meeting hall set up to accommodate the number of
expected attendees.
